Refund Policy

At Lauro Yoga, we aim to provide high-quality yoga classes, coaching, memberships, and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Services (Yoga Classes, Coaching, Memberships)

  • Memberships: All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. You may cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • 1:1 Coaching / Private Sessions: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Digital Products (e.g. video downloads, PDFs): Due to the nature of digital content, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Physical Products (E-Shop)

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with proof (photo of damage). We will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless required by applicable law.

  • Returns on our print on demand products are not accepted, unless demaged or with bad print quality.
