My name is Laurens

I am a certified Yoga instructur with more then a decade of experience. Since I was a 12 year old boy, I have practiced Yoga. Yoga has tought me to remain calm in the storm, to step on the mat and show up, even on days I don't feel for it, and finally, not to take myself too important. My passion for Yoga has become something of an obsession - the wish to share my expertise and knowledge with the world is what drives Lauro Yoga. I believe everyone woud benefit from Yoga, no matter what age, religion or nationality - it is about finding the Yoga that suits you.
